Pizza Hut in Lloydminster

Worst pizza hut service ever from a filipina woman named Karen. Thank you for ruining our exciement for pizza hut food by being angry, yelling, and making faces. I dont reccomend this place.

Always great service here, even if the pizza is greasy.

Honestly it's my favorite pizza in town. Love the crust and fresh toppings. Their burnin hot buffalo boneless bites are good too. Service can be iffy sometimes but it's always worth it

Horrible. Took our kids to the buffet, no one refilled any pizza, wings or deserts . Our table was stacked high with plates till there was no room, and they didn't refill our drinks. Next time tried to use the app and it didn't work so we phoned in. The price was different so my wife inquired why, but couldn't understand the gentleman on the phone. Picked up the order and was told the price was 2 dollars higher than advertised because it was online only. I cancelled the order (it was ready). They would not honor the advertised price, and they wouldn't give me my food unless I over payed I wasted 1/2 hour of my time and still have no food

I had a bad experience at Pizza Hut in Lloyd,I went for dinner with my kids,I payed the bill,Told the waitress someone else at the table was paying the tip.When I got home I was going do some banking business .I checked my account balance ,there was a tip amount put on my bill.I was not pleased,I called twice ,the second call I got to speak to the manager.I explained the situation ,he said sorry,and he would reimburse me, and talk to the waitress.I told him this was not an honest thing to do to a customer.

Probably the modern looking pizzahut out there. Food was great and staff are terrific!

I was there for a takeout order. Had the barbecue chicken pizza. Store was clean. Pizza was tasty and the staff were excellent.

It is so sad to tell that I went to pizza hut with my family and i asked tge server to give us 2 minutes and we waited there for 15 minutes no one came...So we have to leave and there was no one to talk or stop us...!REALLY BAD SERVICE WILL RECOMMEND NOT TO GO PIZZA HUT...!!

Place has been completely remodeled into a more open concept. I like the lunch buffet but they do have a hard time with supply and demand at times but the additional wait is really only about 5 minutes. All and all Pizza Hut is still one of my favorite franchises to eat it.

When I told the manager he went out right away and cleared all the snow, chipped the ice and put salt down. I was very impressed with his attitude and action. Keep up the good work

Newly renovated bright and clean dining hall. Now with 3 attentive waitresses and very good service.

Pizza is not that great. But good place to go there with family

Good pizza if you eat in, tends to be very hot and well made. Delivery often does not live up to the quality of in-house dining. Staff is hit or miss, hard to recommend with inconsistent quality.

Been here an hour no food wow

After trying 5-6 times I came to this conclusion that, servers are grumpy, old and rude. Especially one Asian lady who serves frowning at all times. Pizzas soaked into oil, the bills are way to high. Never paid $45 for a pizza before. I highly don't recommended taking your loved one's there (and yourself) if you don't want to get into awkward feelings.

Pizza Hut is great to get food but they do take a while. Waited like 6 minutes to get someone to take our order. Also, quite expensive, like a normal size is like 10-30$ jeez Pizza Hut, lower it down m8. Other than that, great place.

Awesome stop for lunch. Hardly anyone there, 21 at most and constantly refilling the buffet. Well worth the money. $11.00 for an adult

Lloydminster always seems to be too cheap to honor Pizza's Hut's good deals. I phoned up to order the 1 reg. Priced pizza then $5, $5, $5, deal. They said it expired and was only promoted for a couple of days yet it was still advertised on their website and at location. If you have a chance go to Cold Lake P.H., it's night and day difference from quality of food to quality of service. Unfortunately though this seems to be par for Lloydminster restaurants.

Burnt my pizza bt they replaced iit with a new one. Thats why they only get 3 stars.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. Very similar no matter which location you go to and generally is pretty decent food. The buffet is great for the price. "BRING BACK THE PRIAZZO"

Love the pizza, but the service really sucks. A friend ordered pasta and they brought out the wrong order and it took them 45 minutes to bring the right one. They bring out appetizers with the meal, sometimes after. If they improve on service, I'd go back. Pizza is great and well priced.

We traveled from Wainwright to lloyd for great pizza. The stuff crust was awesome

I usually order online and have it delivered. They are excellent to deal with over the phone and delivery is extremely fast. Food is always cooked properly and not too greasy. Haven't dined in the actual restaurant but they are great on the phone. Also - if you order online lots of times there are extremely great offers under the "Deals" section. Highly recommend.

The girl at the front don’t have the (Customer Service) word in her dictionary. She literally yelled at us just because we were a little confused whether to order at the front or not. Never coming back.

This is the worst pizza place in town. Even after a customer service call and replacement coupon sent. This location still tried to bill me for the "free pizza" especially since it came under cooked and other items missing. This location needs new management and staff for the garbage quality they serve their customers.
